Yes. K-ETA supports 10 languages (Korean, English, French, Malay, Chinese (traditional), Spanish, Japanese, Thai, Russian and Deutsch) for the application form and major notifications. However, you can only enter in English in the application fields.

Your K-ETA application can be denied if it does not meet the assessment criteria. Please note that K-ETA Center is not able to inform you the exact reason for denial since the criteria is classified information.

If you wish to enter Korea, you need to obtain a visa at the nearest Embassy or Consulate of the Republic of Korea.

Yes. You can add other members' applications(Non-member: up to 9, Member: up to 1,000) and make a payment. The results of K-ETA will be sent to the e-mail address you entered. Each applicant can also check the status of their applications by entering the application number/passport number and date of birth on the [Check K-ETA results] page at the official K-ETA website or mobile application.

No. K-ETA is valid for 3 years or within the expiration date of your passport, unless your personal information (such as name, nationality, passport number, etc.) has changed. You do not need to apply for a new K-ETA when you re-enter Korea as long as your K-ETA is valid.

To check your K-ETA result, go to the official K-ETA website or app and select [K-ETA Application Results] under the [K-ETA Applications Results] tab.

Even if you got a K-ETA approval, you will not be able to board the flight or may be denied entry into Korea as the information on the approval does not match with your passport information (passport number, nationality, date of birth, etc.). Please re-apply for K-ETA with the correct information.

You can correct any information before submitting the application. However, it is not possible to correct when your application is submitted.
