2. Active service members of the United States Armed Forces according to the US-ROK Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA)
3. Aircraft and ship crew members
4. ABTC (APEC) holders
5. Transfer passengers
6. Registered foreigners and VISA holders
7. UN passport holders
8. Those who are 17 years old and younger or 65 years old and older (on the date of entry)
